Ashley enjoys working with all people ages 13+ and is equipped to address client concerns with anxiety, depression, life transitions, post-divorce challenges, and trauma related symptoms.

I enjoy helping people navigate difficult life circumstances and the undesired emotional effects that accompany them. I have experience working with individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, and panic disorder as well as with couples looking to heal from infidelity or simply improve their relationship.
Rachel utilizes an integrated approach, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
